With endless choices and limited flexibility, the focus shifted to discernment. Knowing what to select, what to simplify, and where to invest beyond the builder’s scope. We guided the home’s direction from the ground up. Flooring, cabinetry, wall color, lighting, and fixtures, while identifying key moments for customization to bring in warmth and character.

The result is a home that feels cohesive, intentional, and deeply reflective of the people living in it.

The Next Chapter was a design direction project created to guide a new build through the overwhelm of developer selections.
