Pre-Sale & Investor Strategy is designed for homes preparing to enter the market—and for investors looking to differentiate their properties with intention.
We assess the home through the lens of buyer perception, identifying where design decisions either strengthen or undermine value. The focus is not on over-designing, but on creating clarity, cohesion, and confidence in how the home is experienced.
Every recommendation is made with purpose—prioritizing the updates that will have the greatest impact on how the home is seen, understood, and ultimately chosen.
Strategy sessions begin at $1,100, with in-person consultations starting at $1,950. Implementation support, contractor coordination, and styling for listing photography are available as next steps.
