For homes being built, renovated, or fully reimagined. We lead each project from early concept through final installation, defining layout, materials, lighting, and furnishings so the home feels cohesive, intentional, and complete. Working closely with architects and builders, we ensure every decision is made in relation to the whole.
Best for: large-scale renovations and full-home transformations (residential, hospitailty, and investment properties)
Pre-Sale & Investor Strategy
For homes preparing for market and investment properties in pre-renovation stages. We define layout, finish direction, and key decisions through the lens of buyer perception, so the space feels cohesive, resolved, and ready to perform. Focused, efficient, and grounded in how a space is understood and felt in the first five minutes.
Best for: real estate listings, resale preparation, flips, and investment properties
Strategy sessions begin at $650 for 60 minutes. Available in-person or virtually, based on project needs
Editorial Styling
Visual storytelling for interiors, listings, and brands requiring a refined point of view. We style spaces for photography, marketing, and presentation by shaping composition, material, and detail so the space reads with clarity and intention - both in person and on camera.
